About Our Products
The typology of our products involves the sale of goods from the category of mushrooms,
berries and truffles. for a brief listing, we present the following products.
Truffles
Truffles are also part of the mushroom category, the delicious fruit of the earth, is a real underground treasure.
With its intense perfume and its original aroma, truffle is one of the most mysterious species of the vegetable kingdom. Its irregular shape, which since ancient times has amazed botanists and experts in the natural sciences, still keeps its secrets today. Truffles are special mushrooms that grow at the root of certain trees or wild fruit trees.
They are rare mushrooms, with a special taste, precious and very expensive. In our country, black truffles are in the majority. The truffles we sell ( tuber magnatum, tuber aestivum, tuber uncinatum) are picked up very carefully from the most isolated places in the world, the forests of the Carpathian mountains. compared to other edible mushroom species, truffles have no hat or leg. Depending on the species of truffle, the outer shell is dark, black-blue, black-brown, purple or white.
Mushrooms
Mushrooms have a special taste, they are a rich source of vitamin B3 and B6 and also a very good source of minerals.
Mushrooms, regardless of species, contain significant percentages of selenium, potassium (more than bananas), copper, iron and magnesium. Mushrooms are rich in fiber that helps digestion, and the minerals they contain help the circulation and activity of the heart, balance blood pressure, protect the colon and digestive system and help the brain.
The mushrooms carefully collected by our company have a firm, shiny, healthy hat, without traces of bumps or settling. the inside of the hat must be clean and fragile. the legs of the mushrooms are white, clean, fresh, not yellow or brown, because this shows that they have been harvested for a few days and are not very tender and tasty.
Berries
Small, round and blackish-bluish: these are blueberries (vaccinium myrtillus). European blueberries are related to American blueberries and are part of the Ericaceae family.
They grow in shrubs, and can be found in Europe, North Asia, Greenland, western Canada and the western United States, where they are in season between April and August. If you’ve ever eaten blueberries, you’ve definitely chosen at least one blue tongue! This is because this berry is full of natural pigments, which leave their mark on anything that comes in contact with it. these are our blueberries, carefully collected at the foot of the Southern Carpathians and distributed both in Romania and abroad.
If we are talking about berries (rubus fructicosus), let’s not forget the sweet and juicy blackberries that are summer delicacies. The plant is native to Europe, the fruit consists of small beans, arranged in a circle. Each bean has a juicy pulp, with small, individual seeds.
